Having spent a good deal of my career building circuit boards I can tell you the quality of the product is impeccable. When it comes to support there are 2 users groups, one on CNC Zone and one on Yahoo. Tom, the CEO, personally monitors and responds to questions and concerns that are posted. I had never programmed in C but by reading the posts and responses and by asking questions directly to Tom I have been able to get my machine up and running with all of the bells and whistles I was hoping for. I can highly recommend that Dynomotion be placed at the top of your shopping list for CNC control products.ReplyReplyPermalinkPermalinkFlagFlagLike1Dislike021st October 2014 9:13amGravatarFull StarFull StarFull StarFull StarFull StarS Zhang (Canada)Very good experience with their KFLOP and KSTEP. The quality of the products is superior and the software is very user-friendly. I also got the best customer support I could ever asked for.ReplyReplyPermalinkPermalinkFlagFlagLike0Dislike08th April 2018 4:59pmGravatarFull StarFull StarFull StarFull StarFull StarAnton (Russia)Very good support. Make changes in to soft opening more possibility, and friendly support maker very helping. Also, the quality of the products is superior and the software is very user-friendly. I recommend this product.ReplyReplyPermalinkPermalinkFlagFlagLike0Dislike012th April 2018 11:44pmGravatarFull StarFull StarFull StarFull StarFull StarBen Stevenson (Canada)Our company has been using Dynomotion products for years. The incredible and continuous support we have received is one of the major reasons why we keep coming back to use Tom's fantastic control cards.ReplyReplyPermalinkPermalinkFlagFlagLike0Dislike025th April 2018 12:24pmGravatarFull StarFull StarFull StarFull StarFull StarAdam Cohen (US)I bought two KFLOP boards and one KONNECT board, and have received nothing but prompt and outstanding support (not being a C programmer, for example, or using non-standard limit switches, I've needed quite a bit of handholding). The capabilities of the hardware are also tremendous. I couldn't recommend Dynomotion more highly.ReplyReplyPermalinkPermalinkFlagFlagLike0Dislike024th May 2018 3:23pmGravatarFull StarFull StarFull StarFull StarFull StarBob Kramer (US)I'm old. I've dealt with all types. This outfit is the best ever. #1 by a mile.

I bought a KFLOP and a KStep to retrofit a router table. They provide limitless potential and cost much less than other alternatives. Every obstacle was caused by my lack of understanding. Support and product are flawless.ReplyReplyPermalinkPermalinkFlagFlagLike0Dislike029th December 2018 8:10amGravatarFull StarFull StarFull StarFull StarFull StarDavidSaunders (UK)Hi Bob, I am also old and have been using Delta Tau Pmac for 30 years. Now taken over by Omron their products are changing for the worse. Not flexible any more. Did you ever using Pmac stuff and how do you compare it ? I never found anything that the Pmac couldnt do.ReplyReplyPermalinkPermalinkFlagFlagLike0Dislike02nd June 2021 5:38amGravatarFull StarFull StarFull StarFull StarFull StarAndrei GeorgescuWorking with the Dynomotion KFLOP motion controller while preparing our biological tissue models for launch aboard SpaceX CRS17 to the International Space Station as a part of NIH/NCATS Chips in Space initiative was without a doubt the smoothest and most reliable portion of our engineering implementation. It is incredible how quickly we were able to integrate 32 independent linear axes across 4 KFLOP units to create a fluid handling system for our on-site ground support equipment, responsible for sustaining and differentiating our bioengineered tissues. The integration with LabView is seamless and coordinated communication with all 32 axes from control software on a regular laptop was instantaneous. The system operated at 100% uptime for weeks. Hardware aside, Dynomotion also provides great diagnosis and test software-very useful for testing individual motors-and the KMotion motion control libraries are incredibly robust. Perhaps the most appreciated aspect of Dynomotion is Tom's responsiveness and willingness to help with troubleshooting; I had trouble with a bug in the Windows USB stack of an oddly configured desktop, and Tom continued helping without missing a beat even after it was clear to us both that the problem had nothing to do with Dynomotion hardware. I would recommend the KFLOP without a doubt for multi-axis motion control.
